Owner/Chef
Jawad Sawalha resides in Denver, Colorado. He has been cooking Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine for over 15 years. Jawad developed his love of cooking while living in Jordan and Palestine where he grew up and where his mom, Aida, handed down traditional family and cultural recipes. Some of Jawad’s favorite memories are of eating the meals lovingly created by his mom as well as spending time in the kitchen cooking next to her.
Jawad holds a ServSafe Food Handler certificate from the National Restaurant Association.
